Self-Funding Patients
Please contact the clinic for a quotation about consultation fees and prices. We are always happy to advise on costs associated with treatment. Following your initial consultation, if further treatment, surgery or histopathology is required you will be subsequently advised of any costs. Payment is due on the day of consultation or treatment. We accept all major cards except Amex.
Private Medical Insurance Patients
Prior to making your appointment with us you will need to call your insurer and get a pre authorisation code. We are unable to see insured patients without this code. Health insurance works like any other insurance cover and choosing a policy with limited cover may leave a shortfall. In the event of non-payment of any fees, patients are responsible for any outstanding amounts due.
We will invoice your insurance company directly for consultations and skin surgery. We advise that you keep your insurance company fully informed about appointments at the clinic.
Fees charged for insured patients vary according to individual insurance companies and depend on procedure codes developed by the private medical insurance industry.
On booking your appointment, you will be asked for your full name, address, telephone number and credit card details and your authorisation for us to deduct payment as agreed with you in advance, in the event of excess on your policy or your insurer not covering your treatment for any other reason.
